A Client/Employer in Stanton, TN is looking for a Translator to join their multi-billion dollar venture. The Translator will be responsible for supporting basic translation of Korean and English languages team members. This individual will have the ability to translate communications clearly and accurately, conveying phrasing and intention as it relates to the subject. Daily translation responsibilities will include:

• Designing proposed output formats and monitoring output for information accuracy
• Translating spoken and/or written materials from one language to another
• Writing or drafting correspondence, reports, documents and/or other written materials
• Translating records and/or transcribing minutes of meetings, hearings, dictation, dialogue
• Entering data into a computer system and retrieves, corrects, or deletes previously entered data
• Converting dialogue and conveying the intent of the original speaker

Requirements:

• Fluent in Korean and English
• 1 year of administrative experience
• Experience interpreting in a professional environment
• Ability to demonstrate simultaneous interpretation skills
• Ability to translate and paraphrase sentences in both Korean and English grammatically correct
• Ability to type in Korean and English
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, presentations skills, and customer service experience
• Proficient computer skills - spreadsheets, word processing, presentation software, data entry
