Job Description:

As a Tax Associate, CPA, you'll play a vital role in our team, providing comprehensive tax services and ensuring our clients navigate tax regulations smoothly. You'll collaborate with a dedicated team to deliver exceptional service and maximize client benefits.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and review a variety of tax returns, including for individuals, S-Corporations, C-Corporations, Corporate Consolidated Tax Returns, Trusts, Estates, and Partnerships.
Research complex tax issues and offer insightful guidance to clients.
Stay informed about federal and state tax laws and regulations.
Work with clients to collect necessary financial information and documentation.
Use tax software and tools such as MS Office, Excel, Tableau, PowerBI, CCH Axcess, and Caseware effectively.
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members.
Assist with tax planning and advisory services to help clients reduce their tax liabilities.
Keep up-to-date with changes in tax laws to ensure compliance.
Contribute positively to a collaborative and supportive work environment within the tax department.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting from an accredited institution.
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification in the State of Georgia.
At least two years of experience in public tax accounting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Commitment to professional growth and staying current with tax laws.
