POSITION SUMMARY:
The Strategy & Operations Associate will be responsible for assisting with the collection and management of data throughout the company. This entry-level, in-office role is ideal for early-career professionals who are eager to develop their analytical and business skills in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This role will contribute meaningfully to strategic initiatives through structured analysis, data visualization, reporting, and collaboration with cross-functional teams and will play a pivotal role in performing research on business or industry data to define trends or assess performance efficiency throughout the company. This position is in our Plano HQ office and will be part of our Business Strategy Team.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Data & Reporting
• Perform structured analysis using Excel, Tableau, and other business intelligence tools.
• Create visual dashboards and KPI reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms to support decision-making across sales, marketing, and operations.
Strategic Support
• Assist the Business Strategy team on data-related aspects of high-priority initiatives.
• Support periodic forecasting efforts (headcount, expenses, revenue trends) under the direction of senior team members.
• Participate in special projects such as data audits and process standardization as needed.
Project Coordination
• Help maintain structured reporting and communication processes for department performance updates.
• Take meeting notes, track action items, and prepare summaries that inform quarterly and annual planning cycles.
• Assist with coordinating quarterly calls and sync-ups with department leaders.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES:
• Quick learner and tech-savvy when it comes to new software or CRMS (Salesforce, ConnectWise, HubSpot)
• Comfortable with data analysis tools like Excel (pivot tables, lookups), Tableau, and Power BI or similar platforms.
• Prompting skills for leverage with AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.)
• Ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with interested stakeholders.
• Highly motivated problem solver, self-starter who is adaptable to changes in business needs and direction.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, creativity, and verbal/writing communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, supply chain, data science, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in an analytical, business support, or project coordination role (internship or co-op experience welcomed).
• Able to commute to our Plano, TX office, Monday–Friday, from 8 AM-5 PM.
