The Project Coordinator position is a full-time salaried position that combines the role of an Executive Administrator (one who helps manage the schedules and communications of key company executives) with some of the duties of an Agency Traffic Manager (one who helps Project Managers communicate with clients and ensure on-time deliverables). A successful Project Coordinator should be able to quickly learn the varied needs of senior management and of our clients, and manage resources to effectively meet company and client goals.
Prior project management and/or executive assistance experience preferred but not required.
Expectations:
Microsoft Office experience is expected. Familiarity with CRM software, time-tracking, and other project management tools can be helpful.
Full-time position. Salaries are competitive and calculated with an internal formula that gives credit to education level, years in the field, unique variety of skills, and other factors. Benefits include fully employer-paid platinum-level BCBS health insurance, 3% matched IRA, revenue-sharing bonuses, education credits, generous PTO, and more. Position can be fully in-office, or a hybrid between office and work-from-home with flexible scheduling.
