Job Title: Production Designer

Location: Nashville, TN (Hybrid)

Employment Type: Contract

LHH is partnering with a dynamic and growing organization in the Nashville area to find a skilled Production Designer to join their in-house creative team. This is an exciting opportunity to bring compelling visuals to life for a well-established brand, working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare final press-ready files based on supplied specifications for several types of print and digital projects
• Ensure consistency and accuracy across all branded materials
• Resize and reformat creative assets for various marketing channels, including social, web, email, and print
• Maintain and organize production files and assets
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines and quality expectations
• Stay current on production trends, tools, and best practices

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience in a production or graphic design role
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience with print production a plus
• Familiarity with brand systems and style guides
• Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Pay Details: $25.00 - 35.00 per hour

This position is contract and hybrid in Nashville, Tennessee.
