The Role :
We’re looking for skilled pizza makers who can sling pies with precision in a busy neighborhood pizza shop. You’ll be working with high-hydration dough, and top-notch ingredients to make pizza that’s consistent, beautiful, and delicious.
What You’ll Do :
• Stretch, top, and bake pizzas with consistency and care
• Master our dough process, from fermentation to the final crust
• Keep a clean, organized, and efficient workstation
• Communicate clearly with your team and support a collaborative kitchen culture
• Jump in wherever needed—this is a small, all-hands-on-deck kind of shop
• Help create a kitchen environment that’s serious about the work, but easy to love
• Uphold our commitment to relaxed but precise service—whether you’re on the line or answering a guests question.
Who You Are :
• You have experience working in a high-quality kitchen (pizza-focused is a big plus)
• You love food and hospitality and genuinely enjoy making things taste amazing
• You’re calm under pressure and can handle a busy Friday night rush
• You take pride in your work
• You’re curious, eager to learn, and not afraid to ask questions
