Location: Remote

Rate: The hourly pay rate range for this position is $76.34–$84.83, dependent on qualifications and experience.

Duration: through Sept 30 with potential to extend or convert- contract for hire

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to oversee multiple Oracle projects, with a primary focus on Oracle assessment. The successful candidate will evaluate the current state and determine the feasibility of transitioning to Oracle Fusion. This role requires sensitivity and collaboration with the finance team, who are keen on maintaining control over the process.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead various Oracle projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of the current Oracle systems and recommend strategies for transitioning to Oracle Fusion.
• Collaborate closely with finance and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment and address any concerns.
• Work with agile teams and within a product model to drive Oracle transformation initiatives.
• Manage relationships with third-party vendors involved with offshore resources.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders including the CFO and Controller.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing Oracle projects, preferably with Oracle Fusion.
• Strong background in Oracle systems and transformation projects.
• Polished and professional demeanor.
• Ability to navigate and manage sensitive situations with key stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with agile teams and within a product model.
• Experience working with top consulting firms is highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Specific experience moving from Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion.
