Job Description

We have an immediate need for a Medical Office Manager for an established home-health care provider. Position is full-time, permanent, M-F office hours.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage scheduling, staffing and overall office performance
  • Ensure patient services are completed by clinical staff according to government and company policies and procedures
  • Ensure proper data entry, retention and documentation of patient, payment, treatment information
  • Ensure that proper medical billings procedures are completed in a timely manner
  • Conduct staffing meetings to communicate new ideas, resolve issues and receive feedback from administrative and clinical employees
  • Provide excellent customer service to our patients, vendors and internal staff
  • Other office duties as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • At least 3 year of medical office and billing experience
  • At least 1 year of supervisory experience
  • Knowledge of medical software, scheduling, insurance processing and collections preferred
  • High proficiency with MS Office
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Bilingual preferred
  • Experience in Home Health preferred
  • BS\BA preferred
