Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a Marketing Manager to join their team! This position is located in San Francisco, California and Indianapolis, Indiana.

Duties:

• Craft compelling messaging, coordinate high-profile presentations, and create and maintain key documentation
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across teams
• Oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of communications and enablement efforts to support and launch transformational projects
• Leverage various internal communication channels, including presentations, emails, videos, and Slack posts
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Create and maintain core enablement documents for both internal and external teams
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align messaging and translate goals into impactful communication plans and supporting materials
• Coordinate and manage the execution of communication initiatives across teams
• Proactively identify and anticipate communication needs and opportunities related to major projects

Desired Skills/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field
• 5+ years of recent professional experience in internal communications or enablement
• Proven ability to develop and implement effective communication and enablement strategies
• Demonstrated experience communicating with global audiences, with sensitivity to cultural, linguistic, and regional nuances
• Skilled in creating a variety of content formats, including digital, written, video, and visual communication materials
• Strong background in marketing and its integration with communication initiatives
