Paladin is now LHH Recruitment Solutions! We are partnering with our Seattle, WA AEC client to recruit a Marketing and Proposal Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis. In this role, you will be working with a team of AEC marketing experts to facilitate the proposal process, handling research and communication with internal subject matter experts, content writing and optimization, design and layout strategy and similar. Soft skills are crucial here, and to be a fit, you should be an expert cross-functional communicator with a deep comfort streamlining processes with internal stakeholders. You're encouraged to apply if you bring a minimum of 3+ years experience in a similar role within the architecture, engineering or construction industries. InDesign and relevant AEC CRM/software experience is required.

This is a permanent, primarily onsite role in the firm's beautiful downtown Seattle, WA office, with some flexibility for remote days, averaging about once per week. This team is extremely collaborative and BUSY with new opportunities! Compensation varies between $75,000 and $90,000 annually, heavily dependent on level of experience. Your role will include:

  • Joining a team of experts who facilitate the proposal process for high-caliber, winning pursuits, handling research, content writing and optimization, design and layout strategy and similar duties
  • Consistent collaboration with cross-functional teams and external resources
  • A significant focus on marketing and competitor proposal research
  • Supporting various other marketing responsibilities, including creating collateral and supporting sales teams in other needs

Your experience should include:

  • 3+ years of marketing, proposal and BD experience in the professional services world; AEC experience, highly preferred
  • InDesign expertise and proficiency with relevant AEC industry CRMs and software
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, highly preferred
  • Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration skills
