Position Title: Manager of Project Management

Location: Austin, TX

Assignment Type: Direct Hire

Compensation: $95,000 annually

Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8AM–5PM, Onsite

Job Description:

The Manager of Project Management will lead a team of 10 project managers, ensuring best-in-class deliverables across all projects. This role is responsible for driving performance, leading process improvements, and supporting strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys mentoring others, and brings a strong background in construction or corporate real estate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Project Management team while upholding the company values and culture
• Drive standardization of deliverables including workbooks, schedules, tracking, and daily reports
• Oversee onboarding and ongoing training for Project Managers
• Conduct 1:1 meetings with direct reports bi-weekly and facilitate weekly progress meetings
• Represent the company in client, leadership, and construction meetings as needed
• Participate in internal process improvement efforts and leadership initiatives
• Roll up weekly project initiatives to the Executive Team
• Ensure PMs are engaged in all phases of the project lifecycle (kickoffs, pre-installs, etc.)

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of relevant project management experience
• 1+ years of direct management experience
• Proficient in SmartSheet and Excel
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Background in manufacturing, warehousing, construction or corporate real estate highly preferred
