We are seeking an experienced Lead HVAC Installer to join our team in Greensboro, NC . As A Master Plumber HVAC Installer…

• You’ll install HVAC systems, including ductwork, piping, wiring, and equipment set up
• Provide top-notch customer service
• Lead installations from start to finish, adhering to the established plan for the job and making necessary adjustments
• Work alongside a HVAC Helper, assisting with daily tasks
• Communicate to the customer prior to beginning work
• Offer customers advice and maintenance tips for their HVAC systems
• Ensure that the customer is 100% satisfied with all work upon completion

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 3 years of HVAC Installation experience
• EPA certification is required
• Strong communication skills and technical competence
• Fluent in English (reading/writing)
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Your ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
• Capable of working in confined spaces and being able to bend, lift, carry, stoop, crawl, sit, stand, drive, reach above, walk, push, pull, perform fine manipulation, and use hands frequently throughout the shift
