ENVISION YOURSELF AS THE LEAD BARTENDER

You are a vibrant, friendly, and welcoming individual who enjoys high levels of interaction with others, while maintaining a speedy and efficient work environment. You are able to read and anticipate people’s needs, and are excited to use your knowledge of your craft to give a personalized experience to guests. You take pride not only in your own well crafted abilities, but the success and skills of your team as well.

As a lead bartender, in addition to your typical bartender duties, you will also take on a leadership role. You lead by example, take ownership of your decisions, and remain calm, friendly, and professional throughout all of your interactions. In this role you will be coaching and guiding your team to work together to ensure top of the line service. This leadership position also includes overseeing any comps, voids, inventory needs, and other outlet needs are completed and reported with accuracy.

With a rich background in service, you will need a strong understanding of mixology and traditional bartending to thrive in this role. This position requires someone who has the versatility to make recommendations and personalization based on guests needs, as well as being able to recall food preparation details. An up-to-date Tennessee Alcohol Serving Permit is required for this role.
