WeEvolve is seeking HYBRID Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to service active cases ready to start with well-trained RBTs part remote and part in person in Stuart, Fort Pierce and Port Saint Lucie. Full time or part time. You pick when and where you'd like to work!

~ Your Role ~

• Conduct assessments and evaluations of patients with developmental disabilities
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients based on assessment results
• Provide behavioral therapy and interventions to patients to address behavioral challenges
• Collect and analyze data on patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and ensure comprehensive treatment
• Provide training and support to caregivers and other professionals involved in the patient's care

~ Qualifications ~

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• BACB 8 Hour Supervision Training
• Master's Degree in Psychology, Education or Applied Behavior Analysis
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly children
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid Drivers License
• Reliable transportation
• Pass Level 2 Background Check
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus*
• Medicaid Credentialed is a plus*
