Executive Recruiter – Animal Health

The Role:

• Source Candidates: Identify potential candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media platforms, referrals, professional networking sites, and databases.
• Maintain a Pipeline : Attract passive candidates through cold calls and email campaigns to both prospective and existing contacts.
• Build Your Network: Establish long-lasting, trusting relationships with candidates in the animal health industry for future opportunities.
• Achieve Goals: Maintain a success-driven mindset, consistently hitting and exceeding weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in a science-based field (Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, Animal Science, Animal Nutrition, Genetics, Engineering, etc.).
• 3+ years’ agency recruiting experience.
• Proven sales and/or phone experience.
• A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a new field.
• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
• Structured and organized approach with a strong focus on results.
• Ability to work onsite in Atlanta, GA 30312
