What You'll Do:

• Canvass targeted areas using advanced tools to identify prospects.
• Scout residential properties for roofing and siding replacement opportunities due to insurable damage.
• Conduct exterior property inspections and document damages (yes, you'll be on ladders!).
• Present our value and services to homeowners with confidence and enthusiasm.
• Generate leads, manage referrals, and maintain strong communication with customers.
• Participate in regular and consistent sales trainings to keep growing.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in sales or business development (home improvement background is a plus).
• A strong drive to succeed, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Comfort with door-to-door prospecting and a commitment to meeting sales goals.
• Familiarity with CRM and canvassing software is a bonus.
• A valid driver's license, clean background check, and drug screening are required.
