Who We're Looking For

The Chief of Staff at Curated Communities is more than an executive assistant—this is a strategic, executive-level partnership role offering unmatched insight into entrepreneurial leadership and organizational growth. You will act as the CEO’s confidant and operational ally, streamlining decision-making, managing cross-departmental initiatives, and amplifying executive effectiveness.

Your Role

As Chief of Staff, you will

• Strategically Partner with the CEO
• Provide insightful counsel, synthesizing complex information to guide key decisions.
• Drive Cross-Community Alignment
• Coordinate with Operations, Finance, Partnerships, and Member Services to ensure cohesive strategy execution.
• Lead High-Impact Initiatives
• Oversee projects that directly enhance member experiences, operational efficiencies, and global community growth.
• Monitor and Optimize Performance
• Evaluate essential metrics—including member retention, satisfaction, revenue growth—to inform strategic pivots and scalable success.
• Represent the CEO
• Act as the CEO’s trusted delegate, embodying our core values of prestige, integrity, and discretion in all engagements.
• Stay Ahead of Industry Trends
• Continuously assess leadership strategies, emerging practices, and competitive intelligence to maintain our distinctive edge.
• Uphold Confidentiality and Discretion
• Safeguard sensitive information, demonstrating uncompromising ethics and professionalism at all times.

Flexibility to align with the CEO’s dynamic schedule, including occasional travel and extended hours as needed, is essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree (Law, Hospitality, Business) preferred; exceptional candidates with a bachelor’s and extensive experience considered.
• Minimum of 5–7 years in strategic operations, leadership, or Chief of Staff roles, ideally within high-growth or elite professional service environments.
• Proven experience directly supporting C-suite executives or managing complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills, proficient in CRM and project management tools.
• Exceptional communication, relationship-building skills, and polished executive presence suitable for elite stakeholders.
• Previous experience with membership-based organizations, luxury clientele, or niche industry segments is highly advantageous.
• Ability and willingness to travel occasionally and maintain flexibility in schedule alignment with CEO demands.
