The Role

As a Product and Service Solutions Expert, you will play a vital role in connecting with new clients, demonstrate Onerway’s product differentiators and the company’s value propositions. Your deep understanding of our clients' core needs will be key to advancing business discussions efficiently, transforming them into successful partnerships. Your efforts will significantly contribute to our business growth and market expansion.

Responsibilities

  • Build partnership opportunities and new client relationships, aligning with the company's sales targets and business priorities.
  • Present our product offerings to merchants, providing comprehensive introductions, training, and support materials to foster business cooperation.
  • Cultivate and maintain robust customer relationships, preserving our corporate image and enhancing product value, customer experience, and loyalty.
  • Deliver exceptional service, ensuring product functionality and timely resolution of all client issues.
  • Conduct regular analysis of client performance data, organize client databases, and compile sales reports.
  • Gather and analyze market and competitor information to generate actionable insights and strategies.
  • Maintain close communication and collaboration with various departments to effectively support client cooperation.

Desired Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 years' progressive hands-on experience in B2B sales.
  • A track record of working within innovative sectors, such as payment solutions, e-commerce, technology services, foreign trade retail, SaaS and Financial Technologies (FinTech.)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage marketing communications, customer base expansion, and business negotiations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, great communication and interpersonal skills.
  • An ideal candidate should have a focused and goal-oriented approach at work.
