Technical Writer

Contract

Areas of Focus:

1. Capacity Management and Load Balancing: Document processes to ensure systems can handle peak loads and maintain operational efficiency.
2. Monitoring and Alerting: Develop documentation for continuous monitoring and alerting systems to detect and respond to incidents promptly.
3. Failover Testing: Create detailed procedures for regular failover testing to ensure seamless transition to backup operations.
4. Backup and Restoration: Document robust backup and restoration processes to ensure data integrity and availability.
5. Incident Response: Develop TechOps / NOC playbooks for incident response, including incident tracking and corrective action logs.
6. Stakeholder Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal stakeholders, including IT, legal, and compliance teams.
7. Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation.
8. Project Management: Basic project management skills to track progress and ensure timely completion of documentation tasks.
9. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate complex regulatory requirements in a clear and concise manner.
