Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Pre execution (real-time) through post execution monitoring of all strategies
• Actively monitor counterparty risk and communicate balance targets with the trading team
• Conduct daily checks on all trading/risk systems to ensure all data feeds are operational and accurate
• Recommend and implement control measures to reduce the likelihood and impact of identified risks
• Assist in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies through effective risk management practices
• Run daily tracking for all ETFs / levered mutual funds and report any notable deviations
• Assist in overall firm disaster recovery and function as primary backup to the trading team
• Assist product development in approval of new products

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Engineering
• 3-5 years' experience in trade operations, risk/compliance, or product controllership
• Proficiency in SQL, VBA, and Python

Compensation:

$90-110k on a Base + Bonus + Excellent Benefits
